The set-up is almost sports bar without the bar, but with the noise level. To reference there was music playing but could hardly... be heard over the conversations of the other patrons. Noise factor was not much of a bother, but it was definitely there. Sportsbar like, also because of the 3-4 wall mounted TVs, which I payed little attention to because I had a pretty decent view of theplanes landing and taking off, that I enjoyed. Most tables were occupied, however service was pretty good considering. The staffwas very attentive and accommodating, came to the table numerous times to ensure everything was okay and to check if we neededanything else. My kids got 2 Frisbees which was a nice touch. There was not a too lengthy of a wait, although the food wouldhave definitely been worth it. Phillycheese steak sub was fresh and hot with your typical peppers, onions and cheese (I had myleftovers the next day and it tasted the same if not better!). I had a bite of the crunchy French toast which was a delectablecrunchy orgasm in my mouth. Sweet potato fries and regular fries were good as well. Grapefruit mimosa went well with my meal.They even give you remaining champagne, so you can get 2-3 more glasses of mimosa if you so desire. I had the unsweetened tea,which was okay. Two of our three dishes were delicious. The 3rd (fish tacos) was sent back. The flour tortillas were cold and the fish was bland... and overcooked. It was not salvageable. The restaurant did correct it though. My brother recommended this place and based on theservice provided, I would definitely try again. Read more
The service was very good. The food was okay. I ordered the Crab Cake Hash it tasted good. I didn't think it had much flavor. It... came with potatoes. They needed a little seasoning. Under the potatoes lay a thin layer of hollandaise sauce. It was good butbarely any. The Nutella waffle tasted great. The waffle was delicious. It had a good taste and texture. The restaurant islocated in an airport hanger area. The entrance doesn't look like an entrance but it is. The restaurant has a nice view of theairport and it's nice and casual inside. Read more
A hidden gem especially for those who love planes. A dining experience right on the runway of Pompano?s Executive Airport so... you?ll get to see all those private jets. Good selection on the menu, tasty dishes and fair prices. Service could be slightlybetter as they forgot my salad dressing and also had some small issues with the bill but eventually solved it. Me and my friends were in Miami and decided to check out my long time friends restaurant he cooks at and it had an Absolutely... amazing atmosphere, very kind staff, I was very surprised how fast and filling the food was, the presentation was perfect and mewant to order more. The chef is absolutely awesome Henry cooked everything to perfection. We were served quickly and everythinglooked spectacular and came out so quick , very impressed so happy we went here during our vacation felt almost exclusive. Read more

Jet Runway Cafe is a cute spot for brunch with a view! This place is located within the Florida Executive Airport where you can... dine with a view of jet planes landing and taking off. Our party of 4 came on a Sunday at 10am and the dining room was prettyfull already. The wait for a table was only 15 min. They take your name and number and text/call you when your table isready. We were sat at a booth but if you want a closer view of the runway right by the windows the tables there sit 2people. Service was pretty average but our food was delicious. The chicken and waffles were interesting. Our server said wemade a good choice because they've updated the recipe. But she didn't say what it was they changed. The chicken were friedtenders in a maple-chili glaze. The odd thing about it was the waffle itself had more of a chili kick than the glaze on thechicken. The triple stack pancakes were super light and fluffy and a little on the underdone side. They really hit thespot! Not sure if this place will be a regular spot as it is very pricey but it's a good one to impress family & friends fromout of town. Read more
