It's wierd; they have an order recorder but they never get the repeat/confirm correct so you have to order again any way. Then... they signal every car to stop 10 feet short of the window so their "timer" doesn't look like it's taking them a long time toserve, which, of course, allws them to take a long time to serve...and for the fourth time in a row, they got my order wrong:ordered 3-piece box crispy with mash and slaw, got four wings original with mash only. I ordered and made it loud and clear that I wanted a number 17 Nashville hot which is a famous bowl on their menu. After paying... and leaving the store with my food, got to where I was going and noticed I was given not even a half filled bowl of theirregular famous bowl with cut up pieces of I believe chicken tenders with no corn.Came back to inform the employees of theirmistake and no one responded when I explained. We ordered a family bucket, extra crispy chicken mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw and biscuits!no biscuits and no gravy and... chicken was greasy! No receipt and they wouldn?t answer the phone when we called them to see why we didn?t get our meal ! Welive near there and will never go to kfc EVER again! The food was service was definitely good, even thought there was only one other customer there. I was attended very fast no when... I asked for my chicken I asked for it the original recipe but ended up getting extra crispy instead, which isn?t bad but notnearly as good as original. Otherwise a normal KFC Experience. I paid $53 for fresh food. Not only was the food old & re-fried that looks like it was food from a day, or two before, but some... of the chicken I was given was broken up into. Almost as if something was nibbling on it. The fries were so old & re-fried likethe chicken was that it looked like season fries with a glance until you look closely & see all the bubbles on it from it beingfried over, & over. If I didn't live so far I would have taken the food back. Instead I took a loss, & threw it in the grabage. Read more

The worst customer service ever. Couldn?t even order food this morning.
