I downloaded my awesome McDonald?s app for the first time and was given a free Big Mac as appreciation for the download. I... walked through the app process of ordering and asked the woman if I was doing it right. She didn?t seem yo have too muchknowledge or care about it. Anyway - I ordered fries with my free Big Mac, used my QR code at the window and they ended upcharging me for the full amount. It gives you 15 minutes to redeem free food, so I ran inside and redeemed it with a manager.Did i need two Big Macs? No. Did we eat two Big Macs? Yes. And I swear the free one tastes better! The manager working right now With very short buzz cut blonde hair and the young guy she has working with her are both doing the... worst job ever! They had me go back through the line twice to pick up food. Told me wait to wait in a parking spot and thatthey would bring me my food and I watch them serve 12 other people in the drive-through without bringing me mine. Then when Igot on foot to ask what was going on and they told me I had to come back around again. Still with 15 cars in the drive-through.Luckily I was able to tell the guy in the car at the window to please ask for my food for me like it was his and he did so I wasable to get it. But both of these people should be fired! I will never pick up food from this location ever again in mylife. Also I forgot to mention the very short haired buzz cut manager working tonight was so incoherent I don?t know what she?son but she?s on something and shouldn?t be managing anything. Read more
Great location. Awful staff. Really need common courtesy training. Not even greet any guests. Just an ahuh. And on their phones.... People hanging outside (staff friends) and homeless begging money inside the restaurant. I don?t want to go to that locationever again Read more
Usually its ok. Its McDonald's so its just ok. But today i ordered at the drive thru and my order of a six piece mcnuggets and... two sausage biscuits was complex so i was told to park at the drive thru holding pen number 1.
