1 of the worst whens it comes to customer service..soon as you walk in or pull up, instant attitude, as if your bothering them,... just sloppy especially during rush hours, condiments on the wrappers, food prep anyway kind of way and just throwed in the bag,and dont dare ask for anything extra like ketchup...just over it ...... I ordered a 10 piece nuggets small fries and vanilla milkshake I came thru drive thru for one I said to say hello 4 5 times for... respond and still got my order messed up . I open my box of nuggets they are old hard cold not even . I recently went there in the morning the young lady be new I love the way I was greeted at the drive thru order was taken... correctly repeated abd I didn't wait all long food hot . She spoke with a smile in with respect she was helpful with wasn'trude at all , when I approached the window there were two young ladies one I never seen before she was smiling she gave me thefeeling I never had when going to this McDonald's wasn't able to see her name tag yet she had gray hair . She made me feelcomfortable . I would have loved to seen her name to place in this review however I went back and age was working front counterwith the same energy of welcoming customer and making them smile ,very nice young lady I believe it was with a r I know age haspretty gray hair . The young lady who took my order was very nice, Im guessing shes new!! I order 2 apple pie, 10mins later when i finally open my... pies they both were bitten into. Greg, the manager, is a special, kind, and warm soul. I had an incident that wound up in the McDonald's parking lot and he came... to check on me. The ONLY one that did. McDonald's food is good sometimes but it is not hot and the food sometimes has been under the light too long.
