If you know me by now, I love McDonald?s since I was little. It hasn?t changed. I don?t know why it took me so long to discover... the McDonald?s App, but it worth downloading. A little hard to navigate at first, but you quickly gain points that apply tofree food. And there?s always a good deal. For 2 people, you save about $7 each time on what you normally order. I continue to have a bad experience at this location and I guess I probably should go somewhere else but this afternoon took the... cake . My 9 year old won his football game and on the way home he wanted McDonald's. It won't be so bad I told myself...then ibecame a witness to a verbal argument between a very rude manager know as Ms. Rose and a staff member who became so upset shequit. The argument was loud and made everyone uncomfortable. There is a time and a place to reprimand your employee but onfloor in front of other employee's and guest at your establishment ain't it! Ive seen this manager in action and she isaggressive and mean and appears angry. Her staff seems to be on edge when she is present because shows them 0 respect. Iwitness her bully her employee. This this argument could have escalated when she started pointing her fingers in the employee'sface.. My son became so upset he kept asking to leave before we received our food. You can't teach an old dog new tricks . As amanager you are there to support and encourage your staff not disrespect and dishonor them. McDonald's get her some angrymanagement training or get rid of her she is bad for business. Read more

Not a good service, take long the just to take your order. I ordered 3 items and they gave me only two items which I needed to... go back inside the store to get what it was missing (which is a waste of my time) I think they should train better the manager(store manager) since she was the one preparing my order. Also when I was about to leave the store my order felt to the floorand all my fries ended at the floor and manager didn?t even offered to replace it with a new one even though that happenedinside the store. So at the end I paid for a larger fry that i didn?t even eat it. It?s sad to see that kind of customer serviceprovide in that store. I recommend the owner of the store come by or surprise them. 1:15 pm September 1 2022. Crispy chicken breast sandwiches was the worst. The piece of chicken was smaller than the bun. Tasted... rubber that was fried. Tomatoes were wet and soft. One bite was all I could take. First time to McDonald's in years. Now Iknow why. I think it's terrible that you can't get something a simple as chicken breast sandwiches that is made properly. Verysad. Wish I had taken a Picture. Sorry McDonald's I'll never be back. Read more

Waited well over 45 mins in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of us. Most items are apparently not available, including... most soda. What ever happened to McDonald?s offering fast food? That?s not an option at this location. Read more

Don't come here. Stay away from this McDonald's. Spend your hard earned money with people who care. At the drive thru, we paid... through the app, gave the number, and they asked us to pay more at the 1 st window. We asked what the total was, thecashier/manager kept telling us the amount the we were charged already in our card. Asked why we had to pay more? She just keptrepeating " you owe us money" "That's what I see on my screen". We asked to cancel the order because we don't know why we hadto pay more, she said "you can't cancel, you have to call your credit card company". ???? Terrible attitude and service. Themanager, herself, couldn't even explain the basic charge without her bad attitude. Is this the best McDonald's can do? No wonderthe rest of her team was awful. The extra charge ended up to be 20% discount from the app, but apparently the manager didn'tknow how to take it out. Instead of using her communication skills and did her job, she chose to tell us " This is what I see onmy screen"???? Read more

Brand new, renovation service was good, but a little slow. Food was great!
