They always screw you with the fries here. It's either they fill the container halfway or give you the wrong size. Guaranteed,... everytime I go to this location. They also handed me a medium drink instead of a large. I was too preoccupied expecting thefries to be wrong to notice until I drove off. Wasn't turning around to complain to them again. Read more
This McDonald?s is terrible. Anytime after 9pm you wait in the drive through at least 25 mins. I was there at 1am this morning... and did not leave the drive through until 215am. This is beyond insane. Get it together Read more
They lie every time when they are too slow to make food and tell you to park in the drive through parking spot. They say they... will bring out food very soon and no the moment you leave the window they forget about you. Waited a total of 40 minutes sincefood order time. Never leave the drive through line. No customer service. Sent my young son inside, trying to teach responsibility. He stood at the counter and employees just walked... past. I had to walk in and ask if anyone was working! Then they told me we could only order using the kiosk. Really? Nocashiers anymore? No customer service. Just let someone stand there without greeting them. Sad. Read more

I have really tried to give this place the benefit of a doubt. I have ordered via there own app, delivery apps, drive thru, in... person and no matter how you order they will always forget items in your order, miss instructions and/or be the messiest and/oroldest meals you have ever seen. They kick us out saying it?s closing time and that we can?t eat inside. At first I thought it was just us so I agreed and walked... outside with my siblings but nope there were white people still in there and as I walked out I thought they were gonna kick themout too but apparently not! Just us! Is it because of our race ? I just don?t get it. We were all so hungry so we had to eatoutside and I felt bad for not standing up for myself and my siblings I felt so weak and felt like a pathetic loser infront ofmy siblings. I can?t believe this kind of behavior and discrimination against other race still exits! My husband and I went in for an ice cream on our way home. HORRIBLE SERVICE. After we were ordered and started waiting with... everyone else (at least 4 other groups of people), one of them was informed that their not serving blizzards or any ice cream,shake etc. It seemed everyone one of us had ordered some type of frappuccino, shake, ice cream, sundae etc. Then when someoneasked for a refund they rolled their eyes and walked away from all of us and went behind the wall. We asked for the manager whowas very upset because she was so busy. When we asked for our money back she just told us to wait. She has others. Then she says"this isnt even my ****** store. I could care ****** less about this place) listen I get your frustrated. I get you dont wantto be there, but, boy, you like that paycheck. One of the guys comes over and acts all mad because we were all getting upsetbecause no one wants to refund money and try to fix the problem. When a Spanish lady asked them why were they taking orders ifthey didnt have the product, the same guy looks at one of the other ladies there and starts to laugh at her. When she saidwhat's so funny, he says to her. "Oh, nothing". This group needs to be fired. Rude and obnoxious. We left after almost 30minutes. Honestly, I'm really sad.
