Sadly we as the consumer are constantly put in negative experiences yet we?re paying for our food and to be serviced. Tonight I... came to this restaurant outside my area while returning from the mall to only be treated in an unprofessional manner. As Iplaced my order I requested two combo meals and no salt on the fries for each combo and food cook to order for freshness. Uponpulling up to the pay window I was asked ? what was your order?? Sadly, the young lady had to look for my order. Next, when Irepeated the order for her I once again asked for no salt to only hear staff in the front yelling that they?re not dropping anyfresh fries just to give me no salt. Blown away was an understatement as I was requesting something very simply. In addition,the staff continued to go back and fourth with the cashier about my combo order till I just expressed if this is going tocontinue and no one will just make sure I have no salt on fries and cook to order my meal?s then I?ll just go somewhere else.The manager a male with Braid?s & very light skinned came to the window not even apologizing for the employees behavior andissued me a refund. At the end of the day as a manager he can hear all the negative comments being made and not once did heapologize or offer to ensure the meal?s were prepared correctly. The food was not good. Had to take It back to the counter. The fish was old and hard. So disappointed for new place to be so... poorly. And no manager. Come out to greet the customer. And the sad thing was homeless people in out of the place looking inthe trash can. Touching door and table, need to stop. Will not go to that place again. Read more

I gave a one star this time because: There is a total of 5 employees 2 cashiers 1 manager 1 person making the sandwiches and 1... person throwing out trash. My boyfriend and I was at the door at minutes before 7 AM, we waited a total of 10 minutes at thegront door The employees ignored us, we signaled to open, finally someone looked up signaled NO! I walked around to the otherdoor and observed one employee making their coffe, the meal maker on his cell phone. We sat in our car another ten minutes anddoors still not open. I don't know the reason for the store not opening on time. This location is a great location and shouldbe ran efficiently drive-thru of course it's awesome because there is usually an employee there,( an older female employee)inthe drive-thru that takes orders and is very efficient, very nice, and gives great customer service every time I visit. The foodis really good there meaning it's nice and hot not, fast and always correct. I think people should have that option to dine inand have a morning coffee and relax before they go to work. It's in a location that is totally awesome right off of I-95 andBroward blvd in Fort Lauderdale. Corporate management need to look into why the store is not opening on time. Read more
I drove my car to this location, parked my car and entered the lobby at 10:18pm. At this time an employee wearing a black and... gold turban informed me that the lobby was closed and I would not be served. This employee worked the fry station and continuedyelling she didn't care if I stood there all night because no one was going to take my order. She was totally out of controland not professional at all. The store manager nor team leader approached me regarding this matter. Can corporate pleaseaddress this and re-train the employee's on customer service and conflict resolution. I left this location and placed my $40.00order at another location without any issues. Nevertheless I will continue to buy McDonalds products. Thank You Read more
