This is my morning coffee stop on the way to my office (and maybe breakfast sometimes too). There are a lot of places to get... coffee, but the friendliness of the manager and team is so sincere, I keep coming here. 5-stars to the team at this location forgoing out of their way to always be helpful and nice. I like to say I was tired driving from miami to Ft Lauderdale & stop at the drive through & Eric the person on the other side to... take my order just made my day brought a big smile with this funny voice that I first I though it was recording lol .. but thenrealized it was person .. totally appreciate his unique customer service .. for sure will go again to that location . Ordered through the drive thru and asked for 2 extra sauces (obv willing to pay if that?s their policy). Drove half way home and... realized they didn?t give us ANY sauces. Went back and asked for the sauces that we ordered and Mich, the manger, refused togive me ANY sauces until I showed him a receipt and wanted $.34 for the extra 2 sauces even after I explained the situation.Zero customer service and appreciation!!
