Amazing place to eat after a walk or after a theater play. The place is super friendly and the place offers amazing service.... Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the quality is definitely worth the wait. Today me and my dad we split a 12" pizza thatwas just amazing. Service was subpar honestly. Waitress was really nice at first but then she like disappeared. We ordered meatballs which were... great, as well as the Caesar salad. The dressing was light and it was well served. We then ordered the carbonara pasta. Verygreasy, it had a ridiculous amount of pancetta. I’d say more pancetta than actual pasta. Lastly, the tomato basil pizza, whichcame burnt. The lady came to my table to tell me that that’s how they make it and tried to explain to me how I should eat mypizza (??) They remade it less burnt and it was just ok. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had. For a place whose name is pizzacraft you would think they would’ve perfected it but it was disappointing. Read more

I happened upon Pizza Craft on Monday, January 3 2022 while exploring one of the older sections of Fort Lauderdale. It was time... for lunch and I was looking for some pizza. The shop is very reminiscent of older, well-known restaurants in NYC. The diningroom is small with an open cooking area in the rear. The modern wood-fired pizza oven is visible and actually attractive. Ihave seen this type of oven and had pizza from similar in the past. The walls are decorated with photos of celebrities of whichsome are very old (possibly reproductions) including one of three members of The Rat Pack. There are some modern celebrityphotos including one of Shaquille O'Neal and one of Hugh Jackman. The seating consists of booths that comfortably seat four. Large glass front windows allow lots of natural light. Our server was Massimo. He was very attentive, helpful andknowledgeable about the menu items. He was also quite personable. The menu has an assortment of appetizers, pasta dishes,'Italian specialties', salads, pizza and desserts. My lunch partner and I decided to order the Black Truffle Arancini as anappetizer and the Spicy Soppressata Pizza. The arancini were very good. My lunch partner thought that they were excellent. The pizza was incredible also. I actually prefer wood-fire cooked pizza or when available, the old coal fired oven pizza,mostly found in NYC. This was some of the best pizza that I have had in a long time. The food was very, very good as was theservice and the atmosphere of the restaurant but it was not inexpensive. Would I eat there again? Absolutely. Would Irecommend Pizza Craft? Absolutely. This was definitely a 4 ½ star place and meal. My daughter and I have been to the restaurant twice and will definitely be returning. We enjoyed sitting outside and the service... is great. The staff is very friendly and the pizza is great. Ordered two pizzas from here today. Decent taste. Nice tang to the sauce. Good crunch. Overall pretty good. Except the pizzas... are tiny. I think they should work on the value side of the business and give bigger pizzas. These are more like kids sizedpizzas. Still good flavor. Read more
