The worst pollo tropical ever. There?s not any manager on charge, the employees are really rude. They gave me the wrong drinks... and then make me wait 10 minutes for the right ones, also I asked for sauces and the guy said they don?t have any and I saw thesauces on the drive -through station. If I could give 0 stars, I sure would! Where can I start . . . The customer service at this location is not even suitable for a... dog! The staff looks like a bunch of clueless individuals running a circus; oh wait, I take that back, you would actually haveto move to run a circus. They don?t move, they don?t acknowledge that a customer has walked in. Clearly, they can?t read becauseour food was not prepared as ordered. We had to wait over 20 min for an order that was placed online because when we arrived atthe pickup time specified in the email, the staff said they did not have an order under my name. When we showed the emailreceipt to them the lady walked over to the machine and printed out the order and that?s when she began to prepare the food. So,basically no one is even paying attention to incoming orders. They had no sauce available other than BBQ and cilantro. Nochopped onions, non-fresh avocado that looked like it was previously frozen. Never ever over my dead body will I come thislocation again - you couldn?t pay me to go back! Read more
