The worst pollo tropical ever. There?s not any manager on charge, the employees are really rude. They gave me the wrong drinks... and then make me wait 10 minutes for the right ones, also I asked for sauces and the guy said they don?t have any and I saw thesauces on the drive -through station. If i could give it zero I would. Everytime I go I am always missing something. Last week I ordered a chicken salad to go and... they forgot the chicken?!!! how do you forget the main ingredient? I am very happy to see this location has temporarily closed?Hopefully, management is taking measures to properly clean, organize... and staff this location. I have been a loyal customer of this Pollo Tropical for years. This is where I fed my family on busywork week nights. The employees looked very unkept for working in the food business and lacked necessary customer service. Thepresentation of the food in the containers were sloppy, the amount and quality of the food was disappointing! I don?t mindspending the extra buck for my food, and I?m sure other customers would agree. But, at least offer quality service andfood. Hmmm...this must be the weight watchers version of PT. Tiny chicken, half empty containers, not to mention a bit disorganized... and slow. Not the PT I'm used to! Unless something has changed since my last visit a month ago. It's probably thelocation-Sunrise-to far north? Naaahh! I've been to Orlando and others further north and has never ran into any tiny chickensand half empty containers. The one thing I thought I could always count on is no more. If I could give 0 stars, I sure would! Where can I start . . . The customer service at this location is not even suitable for a... dog! The staff looks like a bunch of clueless individuals running a circus; oh wait, I take that back, you would actually haveto move to run a circus. They don?t move, they don?t acknowledge that a customer has walked in. Clearly, they can?t read becauseour food was not prepared as ordered. We had to wait over 20 min for an order that was placed online because when we arrived atthe pickup time specified in the email, the staff said they did not have an order under my name. When we showed the emailreceipt to them the lady walked over to the machine and printed out the order and that?s when she began to prepare the food. So,basically no one is even paying attention to incoming orders. They had no sauce available other than BBQ and cilantro.
