Guerline is the worse! Her customer service is horrible and she makes up rules as she pleases. I?ll never give this place my... money again unless it?s the night crew. Came here and ordered 2 can dine, proceeded to tell her which pieces of chicken I wantas I always do when I order this meal, she tells me to get breast in my meal it?ll be $1.50 extra. Never heard of that as longas I been coming here and ordering this food. It says MIXED, which means I can request a breast in that mix. She needs bettertraining and to learn how to talk to people. Also stop making up prices as you go. I think she does that to turn people away.They know once they try to add $2 on you?re not going to want it anymore. So..this is a fried chicken place...go to drive thru and order a 2 piece meal...the lady says that they only have spicy chicken... and if I want regular (mild) I will have to wait 15 to 20 minutes...oh...I say...why is there no regular chicken...she snapsback...you will have to wait. So I say...never mind then...she says..YEAH RIGHT with a snappy tone and attitude. So my take onthis:. This is the second time that I've been to this Popeyes. The last time I had a similar experience except on different typeof food, the bottom line is the people there are not very customer service friendly and apparently management doesn't care aboutit either! If I was the manager or the owner of this place, I would see this as a sure way to lose money. Having employees likethis, that do not care about the business is a sure way to bring the business to the ground. I will never support this businessagain! This is the slowest Popeye's ever. They always get the order wrong. They never have certain parts of the chicken ready. The... biscuits are always cold. They have bad customer service all around. This place is very popular located on Broward Boulevard. The lines are always long but staff is good. Food is also always fresh.... I never had a bad experience there. The only thing is sometimes it takes them awhile to get to the microphone but that's okay aslong as the food is good. Read more
