For being right on the ocean this location does nothing to reduce plastic waste. Location also does not participate in regular... Starbucks promotions and the employees pour cream like it's being taken out of their paycheck. Not only can Starbucks do better,but Marriott should do better too. Read more

Really great service. Took my tall order and remembered it without the computer. Everything came out great.
We were able to walk here from the B Ocean Resort to get some real coffee! It was great! It was kinda loud because they were... grinding coffee so the cashier charged me for 2 breakfast sandwiches instead of 1. But I ate it later. Still worth it for realcoffee! Read more
Line moves quickly and usual good drinks. Only downside is hotel prices so everything 20% higher than normal.
I was charged for a large frappe and recieved a small she over talked me and ignored the fact that i had a receipt to show..... Just horrible service period.. And its not the employee's its the manager only the manager. And i did not receive an employeediscount.. Idk if she likes her job but it does not seem like it.. Read more
Horrible service...ordered a hot breakfast sandwich and a cold drink. My sandwich came..The. Strawberry cream frapuccino sat... there forever after was made and african american attendant just sat there talking to his coworkers about the time and themstarts making other people coffee. I mentioned to get my drink n simply told me to wait cause hed making coffee and why i was insuch hurry anyway....i explained i wanted my sandwich hot when he finally turned around and told me to wait again the handed memy drink n said....u can go to ur little meeting now !!!...complete horrible customer service and manager was right next to himall along.
