Today, I ordered an iced grande white chocolate mocha from this Starbucks location. I was not too fond of the beverage and asked... for a different drink. The staff told me I could not and would have to pay to change my drink while I was still inside thestore. The service was relatively poor and I want a refund. Every time I come to this Starbucks they always overcharge me. They don?t take Starbucks gift cards and don?t honor the... Starbucks rewards system. Once asked for an iced coffee with a few pumps of classic syrup and they charged me $0.50 per pump.I?ve never paid so much for coffee ever! We usually have a problem when we come to this Starbucks. Whether we are waiting 30 minutes, or they don?t get our drink right.... Employees have been seen half wearing their shoes, and their hair down touching the counters and areas where they are making thedrinks and food. Not sure what the point is of placing and order and them writing the instructions on the cup if the baristadoesn?t even look at it? This Starbucks has the rudest people working there. I've been to this location various times and am always met with an attitude.... Drinks don't compare to off-campus locations. They're always watered down. Don't waste your money. It's worth the drive to gooff-campus just to avoid this place. Read more
