Ordered a tea, and waited for 20 minutes while others who all seemed to be in exercise clothes got served right away. I asked... one of the staff to check on the tea, and she barely acknowledged me, apologized, provided no input and continued working withzero customer service skills. Excellent coffee and service. Clean store, helpful and friendly employees, and great coffee! I especially love that Starbucks... doesn't present the ubiquitous 'Guilt Tipping' screen upon checkout like all the other local coffee shops and cafes seem to dothese days.
