I have never complained of any restaurant at all , but this time I have to. I came to your store at 19471 Sheridan st . I... wanted a couple sandwiches and the lady working that day ( looked Asian ) said I would have to wait at least 15 min to beserved. She said she had an online order of 6 sandwiches and she could not attend me . I will never , ever go to thislocation again. When I read the reviews I couldn?t believe the woman in the pictures was as bad as they described. Rewind, I went in a few weeks... ago and was served by another individual who tried to throw us (my service dog and I) out. He then went on to ask questions thatweren?t in compliance with the ADA. Fast forward to yesterday, this lady was the most disrespectful fast food worker I have seenin a long time. Won?t speak to you. Ignores your questions. Dismisses you?re questions on specials. The worst experience at a subway ever. Not only the service but the attitude the employee. The place is disgusting and dirty.... I saw a roach. The employee had a poor attitude and also wanted to overcharge me and cursed at me as I left withoutpurchasing anything. I did not see this place clean at all. I saw a roach on the window. highly do not recommend this Subway. The one on Pines next to Duncan Donuts is not only upgraded but the staff is very professional and welcoming. Read more
Very clean restaurant. Their dining room was comfy. The prepped food look fresh. Aplus plus for me. Stopped here bc Publix is... just next door.also I like I was able to get my hot sub sandwich at 8:30 am. Each month they come out with a new gourmetsandwich on the first of the month. Can I put a zero? Came to the place to buy a sandwich and the lady made us wait for 15 minutes without even say hi or paying... attention. Finally, she said she was busy and by herself preparing the orders to go and cannot take care of us. She said thatif we had a complain we should reach out to ? Subway Company?. Extremely slow. 1 employee at the store at 4pm on a Sunday. Took 20 minutes just to get my sub. Food prep was very sloppy and... they did not have soup or 2 kinds of bread. Did not wipe off knife which was full of mayonaise from the last customer. Will notreturn here. Read more
