Understaffed, waited 30 min and we still couldn?t place an order walked out when we were next in line because way too slow!!

The staff is wonderful! The know our order by heart! As soon as we walk in, they greet us with huge smiles. I never see them... standing around doing nothing. If we walk in and there are no other customers in line, they are always cleaning or restockingsomething. They always put on fresh gloves and they are always wearing their masks. We love this place! Delicious sub. Heavy on the meat. One bad thing was I got the spicy Italian for 7.79 and then noticed rotisserie chicken meat... for the first time and asked if I could add that. He said yes for 2 dollars so I agreed. He ended up charging me 9.79 for arotisserie chicken sub and added the pepperoni and salami for 3.20, which was pretty petty but so is me being upset about it sothey cancel out and this Subway stays 5 stars because that sub was great. This establishment is a little displaced. The area is a small compact plaza with very little room to park. The food is mediocre.... Met an employee by the name of Paul who's not exactly customer friendly. I tried to spruce up his environment with a friendlyconversation in which he took very personal. I ordered the usual chicken teriyaki 6". I was given bread with mold on it(eck). Iasked him if he could remake the sandwich. He declined and threatened to call FLPD (To my surprise FLPD was around the cornerand nothing happened. He then had a change of heart when other customers arrived. This place is the least favorite location.You'll have to see for yourself. Read more

The place was clean. Not Arguing that. Just that the person that was attending was more worried about his cell phone call than... our order. He talked on the phone all the time he was making our sandwiches. I had to keep repeating the what I wanted. Read more

THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY DESPITE MY NOT RECEIVING MY FOOD!!!!! I have ordered from this location 3 times on the app. Not... a single time did it work seamlessly. First time, they "never received the order" (despite my having a confirmation email) andrefused to make my food without significant urging on my part. They were extremely rude, belittling, and in front of a fullrestaurant. Second time, I showed up at the time proscribed on the app, and they didn't have the food made. I was in a rushand had to wait an additional 15 min for my food. The third time, the wrong Subway was entered (my fault), and I tried tocorrect it immediately (they had not made the food yet). They told me to call Subway corporate for any issues with the app -per the FAQ on the app, thats not true - it is supposed to be done with the individual store. I called back, and then they saidI need to speak to a manager, then they said he wasn't in, then they said to call back in 2 min and they would patch me through,and now they won't answer. This is the WORST Subway out there. Read more

This is one of the best Subway restaurants in the Indianapolis area. Even though the majority of the staff are high schoolers,... they have been trained extremely well. They are clean, they are courteous, and they offer you a few little options that a lot ofother places don't. The point is, they will ask if they see on your face that you were undecided or want a little more ofsomething. Read more
