I will never come to this location again after my experience with Dee. She should not be working with people. I asked for a new... piece of bread as the one that I had received was very hard. See was very argumentative and not accommodating at all. Dee began shouting racial comments while other customers in the store. Cussing profusely, name calling and threatening to call immigrationon me. Not sure why? I am a 52 year old white American. I am going to share my experience with as many of my friends as possibleand ask them to stay away from this Subway location. I wish I didn?t have to press one star. Very undeserving of any stars! The person working at this location today 8/28/22 around 10:45 am was truly the most rude and disrespectful person I've ever... came across. I asked for a subway melt it's ham bacon and Turkey she said to me "look up at the menu do you see it in the menuno I don't think so" uhm it's ham bacon and Turkey. Then I asked her to only warm my meat and cheese she said "how do you exceptme to do that? Just throw it in there?" But she was able to warm my bacon with no issue???? Then my boyfriend who was going toget a sandwich she said to him "are you getting a sandwich too" he said "yes" she said "well you could have told me that so Icould have make both of yours at the same time". This is a miserable human being who shouldn't be interacting with people everyday. I didn't want to give her my business after her disgusting attitude but I will never go back. This doesn't even deserve aone star review if I could put 0 stars I absolutely would! Read more

This is, by far, the best Subway around! They take great care to make you feel special and to make the best sub ever!! No... slackers here..the restaurant is very clean..top to bottom!! The owner/manager is an elite in the business!! Stop in, you willbe happy in every aspect!! Read more

There was an older lady who went out of her way to be rude to me. She was finishing up an online order as I entered, she looked... up and saw me and said "I'm coming" she then literally came into the lobby and started wiping down every table in the lobby andstraightening out chairs except the table where I had my things at. I asked if it was only her working, and she said yes.Meanwhile there was another employee hidden in the back as the older woman explained to me that she was off the clock and she'sa minor. Fine. I get it. She asked me what I wanted in this mean tone, so I finally confronted her and asked her why she wasgoing out of her way to make me have a bad experience, and she insisted that she wasn't. I felt like this was a race issue, forI'm white. I love my brothers and sisters from all skin tones and even have African Americans in my family and was veryoffended. She started taking my order, I asked her if she could lightly toast it and she popped it in the oven with no answer,then I asked for light lettuce and she just heaped it on. I ignored it as I didn't want her to ruin my day. She then charged me$13.03 for a meal. I haven't been to Subway in a while and didn't know it got so expensive. My aunt and sister used to work atSubway and I always remembered it a little more inexpensive, but it's fine. 2 white guys came in behind me with cups from otherplaces and she stopped them and said "we're not g[ing to fill those up in here" when they just wanted to throw them away..Bottom line, I felt racially profiled and uncomfortable. This place is terrible, tried to overcharge me by $5.00. When I questioned the amount the sandwich artist blamed me for using... the Subway payment, points . She took off the charges and restarted not allowing me to use my points or the app. When Iquestioned her again she proceeded to start cursing me out, the manager owner did nothing to stop her. One of the best Subways I have been. Employees are very courteous, know the Quality of the foods, vegetables are fresh unlike... other places we been. It is sooo important, imperative to have fresh vegetables on a daily basis, because that is what Subwaystands for fresh healthy subs guaranteed! The service is fenomenal and the owner is as cool as they come. Please owner stayhumble, hands on the business ppl like to see owners get involves in helping the staff. Makes anyone want to work there knowingthe employees and customers are treated with respect, courtesy and caring for the health of others, Thank you for amazingservice. Will be definitely returning! 28 JUNE 2020 this is a VERY WELL managed Subway. The guy and girl that were in charge tonight were awesome. I had the new BBQ... rib sandwich, my wife had the roasted chicken ???? sub. They were well made and the guy making the sandwiches genuinely seems tocare if he was making them the way we wanted. By the way, the new BBQ Rib sandwich is like a larger/thicker version of theMcRib, but better. Read more
