Please! Be careful with the people you hired to take care of your customers! I have never complaint but this is... unacceptable!!!?l ordered a tuna sandwich the only one that I ordered when I go to Subway the tuna was bad the smell washorrible.I let the lady know that the tuna is bad that she can try it or smell it, but she said she can?t I ask please then tochange my sandwich but she said No, you can call customer service she said, in front of another customers that were agree withme and they couldn?t understand why she can?t change it?????Of course is my money she doesn?t care. I came in with a coupon in hand and placed my order. The associate seemed like he was in a hurry. I asked if I could... substitute a wrap instead of bread. No problem he said. I am almost certain he saw me holding the coupon. I definitely wasn'ttrying to hide it. He was hurriedly making my order jumping in front of the customer ahead of me. I couldn't see the items inthe case because other customer was standing in front of it still waiting on his order. I told him what I needed and he addedolives that I did not want. I went around to the other customer and gave the employee my coupon. He very excitedly and loudlytold me that the coupon does not cover wraps and there aren't any coupons that would. I calmly asked if they could do an upcharge for the wrap based on coupon price. He seemed very agitated, and loudly and even more animated and excited said no andwas going on how they are audited for compliance blah blah blah. The other customer looked at me seeming to acknowledge thedramatic display of the guy that was "helping me" Since the wrap was already made I pulled out my gift card to pay. He didn'tseem happy. My girlfriend and I LOVE this subway! First off, the owner Errol is very personable and you can that he cares about his guests... and staff. I noticed that right off the bat. Second, I didn't even know he was the owner (he made our food while others weretaking breaks/cleaning until I cashed out). He is very humble. Third, the food here is VERY consistent. I have ordered carry outonce and mobile ordered 2 times in the past week and every single order was top notch. The food was extremely fresh and made toour liking.
