It?s an okay experience. I would not give more than 3 stars, I?ve been to numerous Omakase restaurants in NYC and Miami and if... you think of value, like quality to price and service I wouldn?t recommend it. Also, the sitting area at the bar is tiny, whichI know is very common for this type of place, but this one is to the point when it gets uncomfortable. overall, cute place, andthe interior is interesting, I like the lounge area with disco ball and stuff, must be nice to hang after dinner, but I didn?thave feeling I want to stay any longer. Incredibly delicious experience at Sushi by Bou. We had sushi bar counter seating which was great because you can see every... piece prepared. True masters of their craft. Fish was ridiculously fresh. Some was flown in from Japan. Every piece is preparedwith meticulous attention to detail. Service was great and the chef was happy to explain everything he was making. Also feelfree to ask for substitution if you don't Ike something specific like uni. Really enjoyed ourself and looking forward to comingback with some friends. I stopped by for dinner and I can?t wait to go back! The dinner was delicious, drinks were strong. My favorite was the Koko fizz... (similar to a pina colda) over the discorita. The experience is incredibly unique and a must in Fort Lauderdale. What an awesome little hideaway and personable service. A... major standout in the area. The sushi is in it?s own category! I can?t say enough positive things of our experience from startto end. As unexpected as it was, what started as a fun birthday celebration ended with our family friend fainting mid-dinner andcurrently in the ER. When your family goes down you stop all celebrations and help. Do not let others? comments deter you fromdining here. The managers and staff IMMEDIATELY jumped in to action. They stayed on the phone with 911 until they arrived andmade sure we had everything we needed to make our family friend comfortable. They went over and beyond and we can?t thank themenough. I have never experienced in South Florida the kindness that we experienced here. Will ABSOLUTELY be returning andspreading the word of how great the food and and management team are. Incredible Experience! We were the only two in the restaurant when we arrived and all of the staff were kind, attentive, and... knowledgeable. The food was also AMAZING and opened truly broadened my opinion on my likes and dislikes regarding sushi. Have toadd in how cool the chefs were; we were laughing the entire time. The ambiance of the restaurant was to die for and the tinyspace made the dinner feel personal. Definitely would recommend for a date spot, girls night out, or even a solo dinner!!! Read more
