Went to this Taco Bell late at night in dire need of some delicious beefy melt and grilled cheese burrito. Usually when you go... through a drive through later in the night the people working are very lack luster. This was not the case when we arrived.Gloria took care of our order and was an absolute delight from when we pulled into the drive thru to when we pulled away fromthe window. I went after having a serious Taco Bell craving moment, I'm on a diet so I broke it to have a burrito and it was so... disappointing... I love Taco Bell but in this one it looked like the meat and other stuffings came out of the employees salary.I'll drive more and I'll go to another one next time. Read more
Hangry and having been misdirected by my Maps app, this Taco Bell was our saving grace! The drive-thru service was on point and... the food was made-to-order fresh--as opposed to other restaurants where the nachos are stale and the frozen drinks are "notavailable at this time." Since they are located just south of SE 17th Street on Federal Highway, a known high-traffic area, itbecomes inconvenient for larger vehicles to weave through and around the drive-thru line...so it gets backed up. But, let'staco 'bout the food! My teen ordered two beef Chalupa supremes with a crunchy taco, two cheesy roll ups, and a cherry freeze. Ihad the Nachos supreme and a Pepsi. So good, y'all. I would choose a poorer rating if I could. We ordered chalupa boxes through Uber eats and we got nothing according to our... order. To start with we received beef instead of black beans. So you can imagine what that means to a religious vegetarian.Make no mistake, we?ve never had chicken so beef for us is a sin. To our horror by the time we réalisé we?ve had a bite ortwo. Nothing else matters but from our drinks to our extra toppings to our sides nothing matched the order. I wonder why letthe customer pick what he wants when you?re going to send everything else but that. Disgusted. Upset. Infuriated. I hope themanagement takes action on this for us Update (over an hour later) : Maria Ubrea (store manager) promised us à replaced meal.After waiting for over an hour, we called asking for the time it would take for it to be delivered and she says they wouldn?tdeliver and wanted us to come over to pick it up. That?s the height of insanity. After messing up our order so bad she asks usto pick it up and that too didn?t even bother to call us up. This is the worst take out experience ever. To rate a fast food restaurant, one must compare it to the standard. The Taco Bell on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale meets... the standard. The service was pleasant and accurate. My order was received quickly and the price was reasonable. We all knowTaco Bell to be no thrills cheap fast food and it delivered as promised. I had a Nacho Bell Grande with a Taco and a Pepsi.Everything was hot and fresh. The restrooms were clean and the restaurant was also. Parking is easy and there is a drive thru. Read more
4 stars on the food because of menu changes (my absolute favorite was the taco salad that came in a shell - GONE!) and the hike... in costs. Always busy. They are pretty quick at drive thru. Read more
