Foods always fresh and delicious when I order from here! Ashleyn and her team work diligently to make sure orders are getting... out in a timely manner, making this place awesome for lunch!! And as if the food wasn?t enough, their customer service is someof the best a restaurant has provided. Clean, fast, healthy, friendly and delicious! This is my first visit to That?s a Wrap Sandwich Co and I work right around the... corner. I wish I would have found this place earlier. I was recommended by the cashier, Sabrina, to try the Brooklyn Specialwith Pasta Salad and was not disappointed. Flavorful, colorful, filling yet light. They are located across from the Courthouseand even though they were busy when I arrived, the food came out in 5 minutes after ordered. I am very impressed with theoverall quality. Every time I order food here, they get my order wrong. And their service is horrible. They know they can get away with it... because there?s nothing else open around here. Update: I went back because my friend forgot his wallet and they have Apple Pay.I ordered a Turkey sub with cheese, mayo, mustard and two toppings. I realized they gave me a chicken salad sandwich and notturkey. I then go back and they prepare another sandwich and heat it up even though I never asked for my sub to be heated anddon?t like melted cheese with meat. The best part is I asked the lady if the sub that she was about to put in the oven was mine,she said yes and I told her not to do it because I didn?t ask for it to be heated. She looked me dead in the face and continuedto put the sub in the oven. They tried to play it off and cool the sandwich and give it to me. I?m just shocked. Read more
