First time ever doing review. Wanted to try something new so I stopped on after receiving my order I tasted my drink and it... tasted horrible. I came back to the counter to reread the ingredients and before I even said a word the lady that made my drinkgoes to the manager Maria and tells her it looks like he doesn?t like his drink. The manager Maria then says ?that is hisproblem and if he wants another drink he?s going to have to pay for it because I?m not dealing with any customer I had a longday?. The customer service provided by Maria the manager is horrible and a poor representation of this company and I don?tunderstand how someone like this is still employed. Took my sister here due to she has never have been to one. She ordered the Caribbean jerk chicken and she loved it. She had the... watermelon mojito smoothie, looooved it. Will be coming back again she said!!! Read more
The staff at 1851 Cordova rd Fort Lauderdale, FL are beyond rude. My quesadilla was burnt and they gave me attitude because I... didn?t want a burnt meal. I asked for a refund because after their horrible customer service I didn?t want them to make anothermeal. They did not want to issue me a refund. They said the manager wasn?t present to complete refund. As I repeatedly asked forthe manager name they refused to share it with me. While I am talking to them they completely turn their back to me as if no onewas talking to them and the cashier proceeded to take someone behind me while I am standing right in front of her .Very rude, Ihave never been treated like this at a fast food restaurant. I still haven?t received a refund for my order. I left the entireorder on the counter and no one has returned my money yet !!! Read more
The staff here really ruin the experience. You walk in the door and the lights are off. It's quiet, hot & unwelcoming. The... employees take an awkward amount of time to acknowledge you even when you're the only customer in the store. And when they doacknowledge you it's by staring at you until you start talking and saying what you need. I've been waiting in line before andsee them toss someone's order on the mini fridge. Another time I was standing waiting at the counter for my food and the cookholds it in one hand and then proceeds to clean the counters and put away food and items with her other hand.... every time Iordered the same food it was made differently (little rice tons of beans; no sauce or tons of sauce). The staff and service at this location does a huge injustice to the quality of the food. I placed a delivery order online and... when I received it, it was all wrong. I tried calling the store to fix the matter but after trying for what seemed like foreverwith no answer, I decided to go down to the store. Very unhappy at this point as I'm expecting to roll up to a line that goesout the door. However, when I get there, there's not a single customer in sight and half the lights were turned off. The twoladies behind the counter seemed bored but certainly able to answer the phone. I finally got my order corrected and left. Ilove Tropical Smoothie but I won't be returning to this location. Tropical smoothie Cafe is always delicious, but unfortunately this location notoriously under blends the ice and it's always... super crunchy. I once ordered 5 kiwi quenchers and they all had about 2 inches at the top that was empty space. I feel like atalmost 7 bucks a smoothie, I need it filled up to the top and blended thoroughly. I visited while on vacation and made repeat visits while here due to the consistently great quality of the food and quick and... warm service. At first I was discouraged by the negative reviews, however this place deserves a second look! Clean environmentand happy customers every time I'm here. Literally, placed order in store at 9:38 by 10:15 I politely asked for a refund?considering I already waited over 30 minutes.... The guy with dreads in back of the house started screaming at me. Even proceeded to call my husband ?an entitled fuck? andrefused to give us our money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. Read more
