Traunna, traunna, traunna! Keep her!!! She knows what customer service is all about...On the other hand, that nick dude needs to... go back and do some training modules. I came here and purchased a drink for my 64oz. Drink jug I brought in. I wanted to use thesink I saw over by the hot foods station the employees work behind and the nick dude was just there, literally!!! Every answerwas dry and very unhelpful. No, no, no but not once did he say " I'm sorry, customers aren't allowed to use the sink behind thisstation only employees can, but if you'd like you're more than welcome to use the sink over by the milkshake and smoothiesstation" but TRAUNNA DID!!! AND her deliverance was even better. That's what it's all about. I come here to spend my money ifthere is a situation that comes about that doesn't satisfy the customer, always remember to give them another option, thecustomer service way! Too many loiterers at the door. You'll be broke coming and going. Stays dirty. Closes at 11p, but has great coffee, nice prices... and on every corner. Read more
Great place to come. Staff is friendly. Homeless a issues but staff takes care of that fairly quickly. I see they are closing at... 11pm. I don't mind it because of the neighborhood. Those that cry over that really need to re-evaluate their life choices. LikeJames Caldwell and sorian m. Read more
Worst wawa I ever been to! Always take a long time to serve customers. Staff isn't professional or even helpful. They need to... tear it down and relocate. Downtown Fort Lauderdale not a good location for them. Also if you're a doordash driver don't eventhink about going here! They'll have you waiting 15-20 minutes for 2 sandwiches Read more
If I could give a 0 star this would be the place for it , by far the worst wawa I?ve ever been to . My tire blew up and I had... changed my tires so my hands were a bit messy the bathrooms were locked and I couldn?t wash my hands , they didn?t havesanitizer out , I ordered food it was cold and to top it off there were no napkins , and no where to sit outside . 0/10 Read more
Family soup full of broth, No vegetables nor chicken, no noodles. They just gave me anything. I didn?t open it there cause it... was delivered from door dash. They should make people food, how they would want it. Read more
The gas station was very clean and well kept. It really took Apple Pay, not just showing the App and not working. The pump... itself was clean. It was extremely busy, but there was plenty of room to pull up your car. The driveway was clean . The gasstation was extremely busy. 441 and Broward were extremely busy. It was very hard to pull out of the gas station. There wasonly one way to turn. You had to make a u turn on Broward. Inside the store the shelves were nicely stocked. They had a hotline also. Clean, and free of smells. Light and bright. I would recommend the gas station other than it is hard to exit. Read more
The store closes at 11pm, so don?t stop here if you are supercharging and want to grab anything to eat. The superchargers are... still 24 hours though. Read more
