Girl.. you told me you don't have pretzel bread.. I said, "thats fine, put it on w.e just please make sure there's no bacon."... you said OKAY. But there's bacon, girl! :( Ugh, so deceived once again. Food was fresh, just not on the bun its supposed to beon and had bacon when I foreal asked for no bacon twice. Maybe I should give more stars cause of the freshness but dayum I justfeel like I got cheated on. K thanks! So I went to get a couple of sodas because I was driving around with my kids and hubby and it was really hot outside. Ordered at... the drive-thru, got to the window the girl had a really nasty attitude right off the get go. She asks my husband, "you wantice?" My husband tells her, "yeah I do", now I don't know if the ice machine on her side wasn't working but she proceeds to aska customer inside to go put ice in it, he said, "you want me to go put ice in this cup?" She tells him yes he goes and puts icein it, my husband seeing this says, "oh forget this I'm outta here" we left. Umm during times like now and for the passed 2years, I don't think this is how you're supposed to handle customers orders. Right? Eww. Placed a mobile order and twenty minutes later, after waiting in the parking lot, I went inside and they said they didn't have... it. After a few more minutes the worker said, "oh here it is. It had your initials instead of your name." That's the excuse? No employee was attentive and they just looked at me and looked away. I watched them interact with other customers, and neversaid thank you or your welcome. They just weren't friendly at all. I received no sorry for the huge delay. I should point outthat there was a line in the drive-through when I arrived, but it was empty, inside and out when I went inside. The onlypositive is that the order was correct and it tasted good. The staff is friendly and quick by far the best Wendy's restaurant. I have visited food, which is always fresh!
