Paid $8 & just to get fries with hair in it do better.
Save your money and go to a different store. Honestly do not know how this place stays in business. Not a single employee... wearing gloves. One girl literally fixed her shoe and sock and went straight back to making food. I have not seen one personwash their hands the entire time standing in here. Waited for more than an hour for an 8 piece wing meal. They are too busygoofing off than actually getting things done. I will never return to this location. This location needs to fire everyone and start over. Every time it?s some kind of issue or delay. No customer service and always... an excuse. I wish door dash would allow you to pick from another location. Another wrong order received today with missingitems, cold food and delayed by an hour. Never order from her!. The worst experience ever. I ordered through Doordash to pick up at the store and when I picked up my order and arrived at the... hotel the chicken wings were missing. I called them to clarify that I was missing the wings and they told me that they hadalready handled the order. I went to the store to clarify and ask them to check the cameras so they can see they did not giveme the bag of chicken wings, the assistant manager who was there could not help me with the excuse that the general manager wasnot there and she can do nothing. I ask the person who had given me the bag just a few minutes ago and he shamelessly told me tomy face that he had handled two bags. In short, I'm glad what happened with the chicken because when I saw the conditions ofthe store I'm glad I didn't eat the chicken. In short, do not buy in this store, terrible attention, poor performance of themanager to solve the problems that they themselves created. I spent 112 dollars and I could not enjoy my chicken wings. Ate here on the 4th of July weekend. This place was very very good and I?m not sure why the reviews are so low. The only bad... thing was how long the order took to come out. The customer service was great and the wings were very favorable and juicy - theloaded fries were incredible too. For sure would come back. Read more
Where do I even begin to review a restaurant like this. I use the term restaurant very generously as I would rather refer to... this as a high school cafeteria in a standalone building. As so many other people have mentioned, the attitudes of the employeesare Beyond disappointing. There were a minimum of eight people wearing Wingstop uniforms but maybe two people actually working.And one of them was the manager. The quality of the food was just barely a notch above the quality of service which wasdefinitely a disappointment. When I moved into this neighborhood I was glad to see the large number of restaurants and stores inthe area. I have yet to find a restaurant that meets the minimum standard of customer service in this neighborhood. If you wantwings from a Wingstop I strongly suggest you look up the next closest location as wherever it is it will be worth the drive. Read more
Warning!! Warning!! This place has the worst customer service, employee sitting on her but in the back of lobby, no respect to... the customers, yelling at customer to get out or there will be no food service, sold. I would think that is the type of peopleyou hire for your business to run. The place was dirty. I will not even eat there, food handling was not sanitary, gloves tofood to cash drawer. Young lady doesn?t wash her hands while sitting out in the lobby and goes back and handle food with outwashing hands!!! I know some people may not think about it or see what is going on, I do, that is my job to report to people,warning, beware of this place before you eat there, with all the safety requirements now, and COVIT. This company, should bepracticing the same rules, washing hands, food safety, cover their hair, cleanliness and importantly customer service. Read more
This place is HORRIBLE!!! Like all the customer reviews have stated, the customer service is the worst by far of any restaurant... I?ve ever been too. They have constantly left me on hold several times when I?m trying to make an order and then have the nerveto hang up and when I try to call back they never answer. I literally have to call another store much further away just to beable to get some food. The people in there are lazy and sit on their behinds all day without a care in the world. They need toshut this place down from how dirty it looks alone. It looks like this is where COVID came from! The fact that I?m writing aGoogle review should tell you how frustrating this place is as an establishment. If you don?t want to work there then go find ajob somewhere else because those people are running that place to the ground. Read more
