Doesnt tell you their boiler is broken until you are at the ordering pillar and stuck in line after waiting 10 min. Always... something wrong with the order - items missing, cold food, old food, or rude employees. Again, typical business on base thatsurvives only because it is needed to check a block vs. quality. BE EXPLICIT AND MAKE THEM REPEAT YOUR ORDER SPECIFICATIONS, VERBATIM: * DO - When ALLERGIC and ordering from fast food servers,... just say, "I am allergic to_____." If they mess this up, get replacement items immediately, keep your receipt in hand and callBK Corporate Customer Service. * DO - Pull out of the drive-thru lane and check your bag for cold food, improper items, or poorpreparation. * DO - Get *immediate customer service* to correct your order by going into the store or knocking on the maindoor. * DON'T be a "pill* and slow down the drive-thru even further. As much as I didn?t want to give them a 2 star here I am. I know the employees can?t do much but when I ordered a sprite I got... these watered down drink. Either I end up getting water or a flat soda when that?s not what I ordered. I?m allergic to onions soI always ask no onions and I always get a couple. Driving in COVID conditions to a restaurant for take out food, one expect at least fresh / hot food. However, what I got was... cold fries and nuggets. Probably they packed the old left over food. Very bad experience overall. Money wasted. Read more
The food isn't that bad when you wanting to grab something quick and go home...when you don?t want to leave base. Me and my... husband have only been here about 2-3 times....but every time the person at the window/speaker has been either rude or rushy orboth. Like today when we went the girl was literally using one word answers and all. We got hi what can I get for you. And whenmy husband ordered his meal he asked to switch the fries to onion rings and she said ok drink. Then she she did the same when heordered my meal. I got chicken fries so she was like sauce? Then when it came to my drink I asked if I could get a frozen cokeinstead she said ok. Then came back and said is that it we said yes and she said 2nd window. When we got to the window she gaveus the total and I was kinda shocked at the fact she said thank you when we handed it to her. She even talked the same as shewas on the speaker.
