First time to this shop. Thankfully they were accommodating, and very courteous. All items are stored in their own individual... bins.They even accommodate a shellfish allergy, by sautéing the shrimp (just let them know). When presented with a $5 coupon through the Qdoba app I was informed that they do not accept the discount. The reason provided... by the employee was that they were not affiliated with them.... I politely accepted the delicious food and carried on myway. Additional employee training should be given, or a disclaimer stating and explaining the reason why they don't acceptcoupons would be a good business practice. Read more
I would like to start this review off by saying all of the negative reviews are just people being picky. Qdobas main competitor... would be Chipotle (correct me if I?m wrong) but I am gonna have to say that this is definitely better by a mile. Me and my wifehave enjoyed chipotle for a while and we haven?t had the opportunity to try Qdoba as there hasn?t been one near us. We are soglad there is one on base now and we will be eating here often. All of the staff were great and very kind I hope they get paidgreat, they deserve it! Read more
I stopped in for a late lunch. No one was in line. I approached the counter and saw 2 employees working. Neither of them greeted... me or said they'd be with me in a minute. They complained openly about staffing and stated they shouldn't be operating, shouldnot even be open. I never ordered and walked away due to terrible customer service. Read more

Lacks flavor. Even if I get the same menu every time I go, the taste is not consistent. *Update* What is wrong with this... location? I think the manager with black long hair is always rude every time I go there. She must first be trained to treatcustomers with respect. Read more
