Custom cakes purchased here are always delicious. Staff is nice in the morning. At this point they know my order (since it?s... typically the same anytime I come here) and I never have any real issues. Errors are fixable so I suggest customers just doublecheck the order prior to leaving the premises. Read more

Service here is rough. The staff is unsure of what they are doing and have no sense of urgency or pleasantries. It is chaotic... when 4-5 people are in the ice cream line and coffee line. Read more

The service sucks. You wait online for so long and half the time your order is wrong. The employees are not friendly and they... rarely have the ice cream flavors that you ask for. Something needs to be done. Read more

. The staff is rude and the managers are even worse. They make excuses for their staff for being rude such as, ?she is a minor.?... It is a lie because the employee was working around 9pm when I came to the drive through. It is illegal for minors to work after7pm. Read more

Terrible customer service by so called team leaders in the store. Went to go pick up a cake ordered online for my daughters... birthday and was told that I needed a yellow slip, to which I explained him that it was ordered online. He kept reiterating thatwithout the yellow slip, he can t give me my cake, even after showing him the order confirmation email and the driver's licenseto match the name, and the cc which the order was paid. There was no mention of needing a print out slip (who requires printedreceipts these days!?!) in any of the order process, including the email receipt . Finally had to go back home and printed outthe email, which he didnt even look at and gave me my cake. The manager on duty clearly wasn't qualified for the role as hecouldn't provide where on their website it says that I need to print out this so called yellow slip. Never again will I visitthis store. We just went there for customized cakes just few mins ago. So we asked if somebody we can talk to for the cakes. There is this... one woman who happened to be the manager said ? YOU NEED TO GIVE AS A SEC FOR WE ARE SO BUSY YOU SEE?!? Is this how you aretreating customers. You have 5 people inside who already had their orders! You have 4 people working at that moment. A simpleand more respectful way of saying could be ? please give us a moment, we?lll be right there with you..? c?mon i think she can dobetter than that.
