Spent over 10 mins to order thru the app. Finally gave up. I re-enter card # more than 20 times. Finally casher told me No AMEX... on this burger king. There was no message about AMEX not accepted on the App. I go to mcdoland and get my burger with AMEX. Read more
I come here all the time but today was a little different. There was an old man in training today. He should definitely be... trained properly or just not work here.. The reason why I call him old is because he looks older than my grandfather.. Hecouldn't speak English properly.. so he addressed me as a child. He could've just said my order number but he also forgot toprint out my receipt... so I had to tell him that way he would know when my order is coming out.. very unprofessional and quiteannoying when you just want to pick up food. I used to come to this burger King for YEARS. It was great. I recently quit for good because the the buns on my sandwiches kept... coming out cold. And I'd notice at home. The workers couldn't care less about quality.. it's all about completion speed. And thefries are a hit and miss , I half the time or more get cold fries. Not cool, COLD When your favorite fast food place sacrificesquality for quantity, it's time to move on. The franchisee needs to get on his workers about this because if I quit cominghere after this being my #1 lunch spot for a decade + , then you know others have tried this place and never come back And thisisn't a one time thing. This has happened over and again , breakfast sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, burgers, It's disgusting ,and don't tell me the workers inside don't FEEL the cold bun when they wrap the sandwiches That's disgusting on their part forseemingly doing this on purpose Read more
Do not order for delivery. We gave the place 2 opportunities. First time they took 30 minutes from restaurant to home so... everything was cold, but forgot one of the bags so we had to drive to the restaurant to get because they were not answering thephone. They were very nice and apologetic about it. So we have them another chance 1:30 minutes to delivery when the app said 36minutes. Food was again cold. Read more
