The delivery driver named Omar left my pizza outside on the ground ice cold near the front door where it could have been stepped... on or stolen, he did not even walk inside and ring my apartment doorbell like he is supposed to. The bad part is I gave him a15% tip while ordering it. Customer service from Slice told me in an email that Pizza King only offered me an apology. This isconsidering the fact that the pizza was partially burnt and they were cheap and stingy with the amount of mozzarella cheese.Normally a good pizza has a stretch of melted mozzarella as you lift the slice. There was hardly any on this burnt pie. I willnot deal with them again. An apology does nothing for my troubles. The last time they delivered someone else's order to me. Read more
