The staff are inexperienced and rush too much. Our order of 2 kids meals was missing a toy, both juice boxes, and they provided... spicy chicken nuggets instead of regular. I would avoid this location due to the high chance of wasting your time and money onthe wrong order. Read more
For the last 13 years I have been going to this Wendy?s never have had a problem until recently. The burger tasted again like... old oil. This isn?t the first time this happens to me. This usually happens when the closing manager that closed tonightspecially is working. Lastime the fries were old and stale. The food it noticeably different and higher quality when theColombian manager is working. Moving forward I will only buy if the Colombian bob cut lady is working. Her customer service ispriceless. This Wendy?s has the WORST drive through staff!! They do not listen when taking your order! when you tell them it?s wrong, the... staff questions you as if you don?t know exactly what u ordered. Every time I order from This drive through this happens. Thistime a lady was very rude on the intercom and had the audacity to STILL get my order wrong! They will even repeat your orderback to u and by the time u get to the window it?s COMPLETELY the opposite of what u order! Ordered food late last night the meat was raw in parts and burnt in others like it was left overs heated up the fries were so... stale. I took pics sent it to uber eats got my refund but from wat i ate i felt sick this morning. I called to let them knowthat the food was not prepared correctly because i have ordered before at night and the food was stale. The guy laughed on thephone and told me i should have frozen the burger to bring it in today. Stale food shouldnt be served and its not funny to makesomeone sick from it. Wont order from here again.
