This is the second time they gave me the wrong order even I came after peak.. I don't get it what's going on this place. I used... to work here and I really love it! However, couple times I came here just for a donut or munchkins they said they're out... Aplace that selling donuts but doesn't have donuts... While I am eating my cold bagel minis( yes cold you're right) I really wantto give one star but I do love the "old" Dunkin. ????They need train their staffs better and forecast better! Read more

Had a great experience on Veterans day. While I was waiting at the window an employee made small talk with me, asked if I was a... veteran, and asked if I wanted a free donut before bringing out what was pictured. Service was efficient too, I recommend thisspot. Read more

This location is a joke. We took home a dozen "fresh" donuts home Sunday morning and found out they were stale once we got home.... There is no way these were actually made today. If I wanted day-old donuts we could have bought some for a quarter the price ata gas station. Read more

Been going here for over 5 years, not bad but one thing is I don't recommend frozen coffee from here. I don't know what it is... but every other dunkin is great but this one just doesn't have good frozen coffee at all it taste pretty bad every time I'vetried one from here. Read more

Around September they got new owner supposedly. Their prices on the screens do not reflect the price at the actually charge. I... got two bacon, egg and cheese English muffins and was charged $11.50 for both together. i?m sorry, but that is an insane pricefor a sandwich. I would not have bought an almost 6 dollar sandwiches. The price was shown correctly on the screen. I asked themabout it and they said it?s because they have new owners and they haven?t switched it yet. There was noting they could do aboutit. I said that was pretty misleading and they should charge correct prices that they show or change the screens. I made amistake of going again. A few days later I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through and then my bagel didn?t even have the baconon it. That they charged six dollars for. It was all good until about a month ago. Read more

I go here often and most of the time my coffee is amazing except the last 3 times i have been there. They have changed ownership... and upgrades to their services with a new system as I was told. They have also increased the prices.The employees are nottrained properly on the new system. I waited in the drivethru for 55 minutes and with only 6 cars in front of me you wouldn'tthink I would be waiting that long. I finally ordered after one of the cars jumped out of line because it was taking too long. Iordered 3 coffees and a few breakfast items. Two of my coffees were completely wrong and I paid for larges when they weresupposed to be smalls and my food was thrown in the bag with no care that all of the food was at the bottom of the bag smashedand dumped out. I don't understand why it was this way because they had more than 30 minutes after i ordered to get this right.From the drivethru window there we about 8 people working amd no one knew what they were doing. I am very displeased with theservice, the care and the employees attitude when I addressed the issue. I paid thirty dollars for terrible coffee today andsmashed food. This is very sad because I go here everyday and order the same coffee everyday. And it's the 3rd time this hashappened. I work in food service and understand that good things take time. If you have 6 people in the drivthru in one hourthen your profits are going to take a hit. Roughly that 100 dollars an hour if you only service 5 to 6 cars. Something should bedone to help with this but unfortunately I have learned my lesson and will not be back. Read more

They're really slow in the morning even though they always have a rush. I also had to give up on getting a decent chocolate... glazed donut because they keep giving me a regular donut with chocolate frosting when I ask for it or they mess up some otherpart of my order. I gave them 3 stars because, despite the above-mentioned, the food and coffee are good so I still go thereanyway. Read more
