This store is a hot mess. The guy answering the phone was rude and belligerent. I was asking about a large group order and he... threatened to hang up on me. The group orders are never correct. They bring more food out but even then it is not alwayscorrect. I think that they would at least try to get a delivery order correct, at least, occasionally. There?s a bunch of us workers at ECS66 on Fort Leonard Wood we order Jimmy John?s today and had it delivered but the delivery... person pulled across the street we seen them over there we tried waving at them they pull out going the other way never calledto say where they were or if they were lost so we had to wait another half hour for them to go back to the store for a driverthat knows were ECS66 is to bring our lunch to us which was already past our lunch. I wouldn?t recommend anybody on FortLeonardwood ordering Jimmy John?s because they can?t find the location on Fort Leonard Wood because they go by building numberinstead of street addresses like normal people. Let me first say, that I really enjoy Jimmy Johns, and I would normally not write a negative review. That being said, I ordered... a BLT with Extra Bacon today, and I received a sandwich no bacon. This is the 2nd time I have received an incorrect order fromthis specific location. I think they need to refocus their staff on what makes Jimmy Johns great. Read more
My husband works on the post and before COVID when I could still meet up with him for lunch we'd come here once a week. They are... usually very busy, but the wait is never too long, the staff are always friendly, and the sandwiches are pretty consistent. Ilike that you can get a Lil' John for such a good price! My husband still brings them home for dinner every few weeks and oursandwiches are always delicious! They open at 10am and if you get there before 11:30-12 they're not as busy! Read more
I love Jimmy Johns! I get a sandwich from there about once or twice a month. I have gone to several JJ locations but the Ft... Leonard Wood location is by far the slowest JJs I have ever been to. No Freaky Fast here. I order on the app to save time so Ican just pick up and not have to wait in line but the last two times I have ordered from FLW JJs it has taken between 35-45minutes to get two sandwich?s after I have ordered them on the app. Today there was no one in line at the store, I stood by therack they normally put the pick up orders on and I waited 30 minutes for someone just to ask me if I had already placed anorder. I said yes and they dug through a group of already made sandwiches to find my order. The guys making sandwiches keptglancing up at me but none asked if I needed assistance or anything. Now here's the situation. They are not freaky fast at this location. Now granted, I understand that they do get busy at lunch... time and other times. That is not why I am giving them one start. I have a question to ask the folks that are reading this. Whenyou pay for the convenience of your food to be delivered do you expect them to call you and you go out to get it or theconvenience of them coming to you and giving you your food. At this location, it seems to be figured that they are going to callyou and you come to them. If that was what I wanted, I'd have gone to the store myself. If you are being tipped to bring someonetheir food, i expect that you bring it to me not that i have to come to you. And for that reason, i gave them 1 star Don'torder delivery you're better off going there to get your food. You'll get it quicker and won't be expected to fo their job forthem. Read more
