Awful! I just drove 8 hours to visit my family member here who is graduating. Called to order before 10pm. Online it shows that... this location closes at 11pm. The female who answered the phone stated that she couldn't even go over any specials over thephone. I am exhausted and everything else on the base is closed, so I decided to just order for myself and my family. She wasrude and laughed at me for asking the prices of what I was ordering. Look, just like everyone else, I'm on a tight budget soordering pizza, although tired, was a treat for us. Paid for my order and she stated that it would be 20-25 minutes. She thenrudely said that they're closing and told me to hurry. I was confused because it says that this location closes at 11pm not 9:55pm. Did my order and after an hour of no food, I called and ended up speaking to corporate because it allegedly transfers overto them. They told me that my order was "avoided" because they changed their mind 8 minutes after I had placed my order. Theyalso stated that I'd receive my money back in 3-5 business days. Corporate is supposed to speak to this location as well. Theytoo looked them up and were also wondering why they said they were closing early. They never ever called me to let me know anyof this either. Their lack of customer service, empathy and lack of communication is inexcusable and shouldn't be tolerated. Terrible experience. Ordered food for my employees and waited an hour. When the delivery driver called I was able to give her... correct directions and when arrived missing half the order. Had to place another order for the rest of my food. And was chargedfor delivery again. Never never again. Read more

Food was great, receipt number on the tv shows status of order. The bathroom was big, but only had 1 stall.

It?s a huge task to deliver to the entire base but they always pull through. regardless of wait time we order pizza every sunday... when we get the chance. A little expensive but always worth it. Always tastes great, lots of options and toppings.
