It took 35 minutes to get my oder. If i didn't go to the counter to complain I would still be there. There were 5 cars in drive... they all came an gone and still waiting on my order. The people in side were focused on the drive through instead of thecustomers inside. Sad thing was a man was there before I got there an I got my order about 5 minutes after him. Good food service is a little slow but that's do to being busy all day everyday avoid the rushes 1130 to 1 pm and 1600 to 1800... its the lunch and dinner rush also avoid weekends lots of trainees running loose. Read more

The young lady working the window around 3:30 was rude, she never... made eye contact and when I asked for BBQ sauce her comment was what did you have to drink? Terrible? got the 12 piece tender meal. Paid extra for extra dipping sauce? no biggie. Got the fries and Mac and cheese for... sides. Was told to wait 7 minutes as they had to make the Mac & Cheese. Also asked for honey for the biscuits. Got home, nohoney was given to me, fries were cold (had to toss them in the microwave) and the Mac &Cheese was disgusting. One giant glob ofbasically cheese.
