Been there multiple times and every time I?ve got the wrong order. Ranging from no milk to no coffee and all milk. Don?t know... why they bother writing on the cup if they?re just going to ignore it. They need better training and oversight. Read more
Nice girls working there, always get my order right and on time.
I ask for a cameral frap with cookie crumble. But when I received it, it had no cookie crumble. So, I let them know and the lady... behind said she didnt make it so she didn't know if it had any. I said it didn't and the one that actually made it took it njust put cookie crumble in a cup and moved it from one cup to the other. Then hardly gave me any cool whip. Worse service I havehad. Waited in for a long time. While waiting an employee walks to the guy behind me, calls him by name then ask him what he wants.... She tells him to come to the front, opens a register and takes his order. After she gives him his order she leaves the registerand didn't bother helping anyone else. I'm posting this knowing that it does no good because nobody is truly held accountablefor there actions anymore. Customer service is a thing of the past. Read more
Very neat location. Located in the FLW mini mall next to the food court you can order a drink and have it done in under 4... minutes. The staff work very quickly and do a great job. Remain 6 feet apart though because... covid. I Definitely recommend theChocolate Cookie Crumble Creme, VERY good frappe! They accept starbucks card on the app or apple wallet and all other sorts ofpayment to include tapping the module. Read more
It's located inside the mini-mall on Fort Leonard Wood by the food court section. You cannot really miss it. If you do miss... it, I'd be very impressed. Recently, renovations made it all sorts of prettier on the interior of the store but I can't tellthe difference. Perhaps new tile on the walls. But if that is what makes one choose whether or not to visit, I hope it helps. Read more
