I had hoped I would be surprised since I had not eaten at this Burger King in so long that things had changed, well change has... occured it would seem cold food is now part of the lazy people who work at this place. It's been atleast 12 years since I couldgo in here and have a good meal with friendly clean staff. I surrender Burger King never to try eating here again. I've always been able to get my order filled conveniently here. No problems, honor coupons. And no hassles. Always on the way... to Denver etc... other Locations, specifically in Greeley. I've gotten the run around with something. Out of something, or nothonoring coupons. It's almost worth the drive to get my order filled correctly! Thanks guys! Read more
I don't know how this place stays in business. Decided to try them again after a very long time, and once again disappointed. I... ordered one meal with unsweetened tea and a small sprite with no ice. Received my drinks and noticed the ice, okay whatever. Gethome a couple minutes later and fries were borderline old and barely warm. Obviously ate most of those first, the sprite is justsoda water and THEN the cheese isn't even melted on my cold sandwich. Tried calling but line was busy. Plus, I wasn't given areceipt. Poorly made food. Way to much grease. The staff spoke broken English. So broken, it was difficult to understand. The service is... extremely lacking. One person running drive thru and one in kitchen. 2 employees sitting at a booth, having a Spanishconversation. This isn't an isolated incident. It happens every time I come in.
