I always enjoy the meal with my friend. However this time they took a good while for us to get our order. The food was not hot... eatable i would say but not enjoyable. They said they were having problems while the line from the drive thru was moving quick.They must of forgotten our order.The worker who took the food didnt even offer us napkins nor any sauce. Only got half order, wait was long. Onion ring in with fries good thing I'm not allergic. Tenders were not tender. My... granddaughter needed to use restroom but they were locked and no way to get in to get key. Very disappointed. Read more
Slow drive thru, I ordered the limited toast cheeseburger only to get home with a soggy grilled cheese sandwich. If this was the... first wrong order I'd understand but there's always something wrong. The Manager is fantastic, but you get tired of complainingwhen there's really nothing she can do. Read more

One star is too high.I ordered from the app and of course paid for it too and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my food. I... had to call on the speaker after waiting 15 minutes after the screen said it was on its way. All the employee could say is sorryfor the wait. Absolutely pathetic service. Fraudulent charge in the drive thru. I came here and ordered a soft pretzel. My total was $2.13. The young man in the drive... through took my card and did not return it for over 5 minutes. After he returned it, I waited another 5 minutes for the pretzel.Now, I know this place is painfully slow….but that seemed odd to me. Later, I checked and I had two charges. One for $2.13 andone for $6.82. I submitted a complaint online and was called by the manager/owner(?) who said she was working with her businessoffice to refund my card. Well it’s been weeks and the charge is still there. I recommend using cash at this location or riskfraudulent charges the store doesn’t fix. Read more
