Always stop here on way to work (night shift). Drive through always moves fast. I've never been late to work due to Wendy's... drive thru. I am one of those picky eaters (mustard only) and gladly not once have they got my order wrong. I am very greatlyfor that because I grab my food and go, if my order is wrong, I don't eat that night before work. So far, I haven't starved. Good job Wendy's. I hope you guys keep up the good work, please don't become like the Bromley McDonalds in Brighton where myorder is ALWAYS wrong. Read more
Wendy's in Ft Lupton was really clean. The employees were very friendly and fast. Love the breakfast sandwiches.
Be aware!! Empty restaurant lobby ( besides. 1 man sitting at a table alone), that man , 1 min later followed me into the... women?s restroom!!!! The locks on the stall did not lock, ran out reported to the girl at counter, later called managerreported. Take your phones ladies!!! Or another person with you. Read more
Wendy's is always Wendy's.... I mean.....think about it, have you ever had one that was completely different then the other? The... staff is quick and friendly here but the housekeeping could be a little better. Especially by the soda machine. Read more
I recently moved to Ft lupton this past year and this Wendy?s has yet to disappoint. The customer service is always great on the... evening shift (I generally will order after 10pm) my orders are always accurate and fresh. The fries are great - Wendy?s hasstepped up their game with fries- back to the local restaurant? thank you for always being consistent. It?s rare for fast foodnowadays. Even with the new competitors moving in next door, I will continue to chose this Wendy?s because of the customerservice-speed and accuracy of my order every time. Read more
I went to Wendy's for the first time after 15 years, expecting a better experience. Ordered their new mozzarella chicken... sandwich, very disappointed. The sandwich comes with mozzarella cheese, chicken and sauce, except mine had no sauce. Along withthat I ordered a frosty vanilla frapp except it wasn't frosty, they gave me coffee . When I asked is this a frosty the cashiertold me that's how they come. Will not be going there again. Read more
