First off, I wanna address the lie about rats being in this store, absolutely not true. I know this because my friend used to... work there. Second, I just want to thank the entire crew for showing up and giving their best effort to provide fast, friendlyservice. While I understand frustration with incorrect orders, it should be understood that this store is constantly having newhires because people don't want to work so try not to take it out on the people who actually show up. Seriously what's wrongwith you people? I got a party pack two days ago and the tacos were correctly made, and I even took advantage of the happierhour promotion (2-5 p.m. only) and got three medium drinks for a dollar each. Everyone there was so courteous and nice and Idefinitely will be back because not only is this place a KFC it's also a Taco Bell, and I love me some tacos ???? The manager today who helped us was amazing! Our food was correct and we got fast friendly service! I'm glad to see they are... getting new people in management positions, it has made the restaurant much better! Read more
KFC has raised their prices. They were out of what we wanted. People were waiting quite a while for their food. They no longer... have green beans or baked beans and ran out of sweet tea. Read more

Can't make a chicken sandwich. I get the bubble guts every time. I don't go here for anything KFC. I go here for Taco Bell they... do all right. Joe is always looking out for me though. He makes sure my stuff is done right. Read more
Sometimes the miss things but they are always nice and helpful even when busy
Soggy undercooked breading on the chicken, lobby is filthy, was gonna dine in but no clean tables, got home after waiting for 20... minutes to get my order to find that one container of my mashed taters was completely busted open. The bag was carried gently bymyself so I know it did not happen after leaving the store. Customer is very poor. This is the last chance they're getting fromme. I will drive to Keokuk KFC to get great customer service and great food. Read more
I love KFC (the restaurant). I can only give two stars at the present time for this location, however. With many disappointments... and satisfactions here, I continuously return. The management is unexceptionable and should be retrained and/or replaced withthose who understand what 'serving' the public is all about. The prices are not comparable to the serving sizes and the baby????chickens aren't going to cut it - grab the adult ones. Enjoy!! Read more
