After taking the same order back the 3rd time the manager at the window tried to charge me more because she realized the order... was entered wrong in the comp. She said she couldn't just accept the difference in the mistake they made or cancel the order andorder it right which I know can be done. She just wanted us to pay for a second order that would not make he look bad it wouldmake her stats go up. The evening manager was the one that made this decision which I think not very customer friendly. Thisshows me this manager is only looking out for her stats not for customers. Read more
Nasty as always, I had missed submarina by twenty minutes and was really hungry. Fries were cold sandwich the meat was luke... warm cheese wasn't melted on the burger. Ice was good in my drink .. Read more
On of the better stores around. Food was fast and fresh. People were great. Can't go wrong here!
Just tried to go through the drive-through. Cars were piled up but there's no indication if the speaker doesn't work, or the kid... with the headset just doesn't want to talk to customers. Got no response after waiting way too long and watching cars drive off.Left hungry. Doesn't help them that they are serving up cold stale fries, and the food seems low quality even by McDonald'salready low standards. Drove away hungry to get food somewhere else. Read more
McDonald's will always be the same. This is where I go to get a sandwich after a night out. It is always slow, but the food... pretty much is reliable as far as taste. And haven't had a mistake for quite awhile. Read more
Well what do you say about the house of Ronald McDonald? It's pretty much the standard of fast food. Quick bites, low prices,... and nothing to write home about. Update 2022: Well, the bottom of the barrel is above this franchise. Ordered a hamburger plain,27 minutes later the five person staff produced a bag and called my number. No friendly smiles, nothing you would want. Shame isbeing visited upon anyone who goes here. They had fruitflies in the dead of winter. The ice machine was running on its own,spewing ice whenever it chose, the rings of dried soda on countertops says that there's no management, when they dropped bags,or food they kept going as if nothing happened. And it's the owners that are where it lays. The staff seemed overwhelmed. If Ihad a store that was in so much trouble, I would be working til it was right. Not this one. Read more
I ordered an EGG McMuffin, I specified- I want cheese, but make sure there's no meat on there. Eighteen minutes later, along... with the rest of my sandwiches, I got a slice of cheese on an English muffin. Another four minutes got my order fixed. Luckilythat all added up to more time to look around at the disgusting mess. The sides of the ice machine look like they haven't beencleaned in weeks. The floor in front of the soda/condiment station looks like it maybe got a mop drug over it yesterday. Thedoor to the trash is completely missing with zero attempt to place the bin so that trash actually falls into it. Employees areyelling for food and standing waiting when they could be wiping counters and replenishing napkins. The hot mess behind thecounter speaks for itself and an employee openly admitted not knowing how to get coffee from the drive through coffee pot whenthe pot behind the counter ran out.
