Seems they are always out of what they need to make my favorite drink!! Therefore I don't go here much anymore ?
I got a double mocha latte they cost me 8:50 and when I got out to the car and took the drink something came to the straw. Turns... out it was a cockroach. I'm turning it into the health department. I think Starbucks gets their supplies from Kohl's in Quincywhich has a huge cockroach infestation. Makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Read more

Love this only hate we don't get the cool rewards like bigger cities do I had the app but I always got notifications for free... cup of day and could never collect since my Starbucks in Fort Madison doesn't do that. Read more

I've lived here going on 4 years at first this shop was nice but the last 2 years the workers are always rude and snotty. Wanted... to treat my mom next time I'll take her where were treated like customers. Read more
