My friends and I decided on this restaurant for a long overdue girls' night out. What a treat it was! The food was delicious,... the managers Brent and Kyle checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and Dennis the sommelier helped us pick theperfect wines based on our normal taste, and what we were having for dinner. It was so fun to hear about the history of thewine! Scott was the nicest, most attentive waiter I've ever had. His personality was professional with a great sense of humorthat we enjoyed so much. Jean aka "Frenchie" is one of THE most personable servers you will ever have the pleasure of meeting with. He knows both the... food and wine menu from cover to cover. He makes excellent suggestions based on your palate profile that you offer him. Cannotsay enough about this kind and funny individual. Brett is one of the The Embers managers. He remembers us everytime we visit. He is on point with customer service and visits every table, even when it is busy. Did I mention how well-dressed this personis??? Now the food... We love this place! Have NEVER EVER had a disappointing meal here. My favorite is the veal milano. While my dinner guests enjoy the 20 oz bone-in ribeye or the Chilean sea bass. The chef here really knows what he isdoing. Try the seafood tower. What a variety of ocean treasures. The oysters right now are delectable! The Waygu meatballappetizer served atop of polenta is very savory. As far as sides go, I highly recommend the acorn squash and roasted Brusselsprouts. We tried the mac and cheese infused with short-ribs last night and we were not disappointed whatsoever. This restaurant is incredible! I don?t typically spend time to write reviews (I should) but this place deserves it. The food is... insanely good and the customer service is hands down the best in AZ. It was my Birthday Thursday evening June 9th, and we wanted to go somewhere special so we chose "Ember" for a nice dinner. The... ambiance was definitely there and the service was top notch I must say, but I gotta tell you the "Seafood Tower" was thehighlight of the evening!. We ordered asparagus, and mashed potatoes as well and they were both cooked to perfection. Thechampagne was delicious as well. However, when the Seafood "Tower" arrived I was amazed, by how much seafood there was! I haveconsumed a lot of seafood Towers in my day but this particular one was a beast! Loaded with crab legs, oysters, mussels, jumboshrimp, tuna, octopus, and other tasty delicacies, it truly was a meal fit for a King! we also enjoyed the 20 oz. rib eye, andChilean sea bass, both super amazing!
