Went in and was greeted with a video chat as a cashier. Freshii has turned to outsourcing for their front desk cashier position.... This is a bad business practice that is either the result of freshii cutting corners to make more profit or not paying enough tokeep staff. Either way this is bad for local workers. Its a shame because I've been a regular at freshii for years, but this issomething I cannot support. I won't be going to Freshii anymore. Read more

Recently called for pickup for 3 dishes and were told it would take 30-40 minutes, we arrived and it wasn?t ready. Regular here... and feel like the more we come the more slack we get regarding customer service and the longer our food takes. Love the menu andnothing against anyone working there but the experience can be frustrating at times. Read more
I eat at Freshii locations all over western Canada regularly and used to come to the Fort Mac location often. I literally just... walked out after my order was completely botched. After asking the staff she told me that I was wrong and had in fact orderedtofu when I do not like tofu at all and have never ordered it in my life from a restaurant. I asked for the falafel I orderedand said I would pick the tofu out. When she handed me the falafel she acted annoyed, glared at me and did not even have theaudacity to apologize. I will never come here again because of this and the fact that her hair was hanging over the food she wasmaking. Read more

My food was fine. The burrito was great. My soup was flavourless. However, I find all freshii soups to be flavourless (I?ve only... tried two but each time, it was flavourless). It?s not just this restaurant hence why I gave it 5 stars. All in all, theestablishment was clean and the service was excellent. I?m very happy with My experience overall. Thank you! Read more
Went to get chicken kale Caesar and the quality of the ingredients was poor. Rice was over cooked and you could tell it was old.... Dressing was pure liquid. Not impressed and won?t be going back. Read more
