Friendly staff, delicious sushi, and great gluten free options (such as soy sauce).

The portions were generous - typically rolls come with 8 pieces, but these were LARGE pieces and that little extra effort was... put into the presentation. The caterpillar roll for example was designed with extra care to look like a cute little caterpillar- it's those small details that really set the food apart. The freshness and quality of the ingredients and the friendliness ofthe staff make this without question the best place in Fort McMurray for sushi. The dishes are authentic as it can get in Northern Alberta. Sushi chef definitely seems to know what he is doing. Every dish... I've ordered so far never disappoints, and The service is excellent. Was trying to find good sushi in fort mac was disapointedin spring moon and soleiki. So glad I found Fuji! Read more
