Downtown fort Mac McDonald's is by far the absolute worst McDonald's in the city, the app works only sometimes there and they... always just throw the food together. Truly dissatisfied today with this McDonald?s operations. With kids, we visit here often. Today I ordered through Skip The... Dishes. The driver was changed twice and they choose a driver who was well outside of city limits PAST THE AIRPORT. And thedelivery address is downtown just like the McDonalds location. So not only did it take over an hour to get delivered, whichhappened only because I complained online to Skip so they changed to another driver, but the food was cold and tasted like itsat and waited for an hour too! Couldn?t paunch a 5 meal order for literally 30 minutes, and the order was taken by your shift supervisor. She passed me 4 meals... instead of 5, 1 of them wrong and everything was cold. Everybody in town knows about your guys poor service in this location,I?m only leaving this review for your management. It?s always wrong orders and cold food. Read more

Teejay the manager has ZERO customer service skills and ZERO managerial skills. He passed the buck on his responsibilities to... corporate office for myself and for the customer behind me who had the exact same issue. He acted as though he had no ability todeal with the situation. Terrible form. I almost never 1-star anything. I despise leaving bad reviews. To add to thisexperience this restaurant takes way too long to prep and give you your order. And it's almost never busy. I have been all overNorth America and I have never seen a McDonald's run so horribly in my entire life (OVER 35 years as a customer). I will not bereturning to that store ever again. Went threw drive-thru ordered a simple breakfast meal. 2 hashbrowns missing. I went back in they demanded a receipt had to go... back out to my vehicle and get it. Went back in they were not happy about this and made me wait while other orders went out. 15mins for 2 hashbrowns.... Read more
