I go to this location once a week because of a lack of other options for the chain. I love mucho?s food but the customer service... is terrible. They are understaffed so you have to wait for a long time, once called in a pick up order for 15 minutes and theytook over 40. Today I went in and ordered a regular burrito with guac the man making it didn?t heat the tortilla up beforemaking it, and gave me half scoops of everything even the guac I was paying extra for. When I called him out on it he gave me anattitude and tried arguing. Wouldn?t recommend this location if you have other options! Great value with incredible food.I find I can get 2 to 3 meals if I stretch it out from a mucho burrito. Having guacamole... included with the mucho size burrito is awsome. Depending on the time you may get caught up in the dinner and skip the dishesrush. However I have been lucky and usually I'm in and out no hassel. Read more

I usually love Mucho Burrito, but this is the second time I've ordered a salad bowl from this place and it's had no lettuce.... It's just a bowl of toppings! I put mixed greens as the base, and even put "extra mixed greens please" as a comment in the Skiporder, and still there was maybe 5 pieces of mixed greens in the whole thing. A SALAD SHOULD BE MOSTLY LETTUCE. It's taking theplace of the rice, there should be 1 to 2 cups of mixed greens in there. I don't have to specify this at other Mucho Burritos,it seems to only be the Fort Mac location that doesn't understand. Can you please train your staff how to make a salad. Read more
