Awesome place, great people, great food. But corporate needs to lean how a phone works and how to answer it. All calls go to a... call center and unfortunately it seems like they only hire the hard of hearing. After placing my order I was on hold for 45minutes to try and add a note to the order to come to the side door but I was still listening to garbage elevator music by thetime the deliveryman arrived to the wrong door. You're a pizza place, not a service, you dont need a call center, pizza placesneed local numbers in which we can contact directly. This location 5/5 corporate 2/5, especially after jacking up prices. We never really had a problem with the timberlea location, but tonight I was missing my dipping sauce so I called customer... service to get my money back since it wasnt in my delivery order. After 15 minutes of waiting on hold I was hung up on insteadof the rep answering. The next rep I spoke with 15 minutes later offered me a 5$ credit to go toward my next order, but in orderto receive it I have to call first. Basically my money was taken with nothing to show for it. I won't be calling and waiting whoknows how long to get a 5$ credit. They could have offered to send the sauce again, mail a gift card or voucher. Ordered delivery from this location which never showed up. Tried emailing and calling and even going in store to get my money... back but each and every single person i talked to was not helpful and frankly didn?t even believe me. Isn?t the customer alwaysright?? I will never recommend this atrocious service to anyone and i will never give a cent to this company ever again. Dobetter. Read more

Unsure what's happened, the downtown location was always amazing and when we moved we started ordering from here and the first... two times were great and this most recent time my pizza came incorrect, I ordered a default pizza no modifications and theymodified it, I called to request the pizza I ordered and customer service line was great and then the store calls me to tell methat is how "this" location makes the pizza and then tries to insist I modify the default order to specify I want the defaultorder.
