The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a restaurant. I spent 45 minutes trying to order a pizza using both the app and... the company website with no luck. Both froze repeatedly... I would get all the way to what I thought would be the end ofordering my pizza and the app would crash and I would have to start all over again. I was trying to use their online orderingsystem as I got a huge flyer in the mail with deals that were only available if you ordered online. Funny that they're onlinesystem is unable to accept online orders. It makes sending out a flyer to try to generate business a waste of money that bringsin no revenue for them. Two times I called to speak to a person about the difficulty that I was having and if you can believe itboth times the customer service agents actually hung up on me. Like hung up on me! I'm blown away by the absolute disdain thatthis company has for their customers. I hope somebody from the corporate head office reads this.... Please get your app fixed.Please fix your website. Two times on two separate occasions two separate customer service agents hung up on me... I'm areasonable person that had a reasonable concern and still wanted to give you money for a pizza and two times I was ignored to adegree that I've never encountered in customer service... Placed my order at 6:10pm, it's now 7:15pm and still no pizza and can't even get through to their phone line to ask about what's... going on and why it's taking so long. Pizza better taste amazing if it takes over an hour to drive it the 5 minutes to my house. Read more
Alright so the same gusy who worked at pizza 73 before it was pizzapizza are still at this location and im so glad tjey are.... Absolutely amazing customer service when you walk in the door. The pizza is always cooked to perfection when these guys areworking here and I will continue to order as long as these guys are well taken care of and keep pumpin out quality. Read more
Wow, absolutely AWESOME pizza. Great service, clean facility. The owner is super nice we had a chat and I explained to him that... I didnt like the taste of pizza 73, he told me this was totally different ingredients and the pizza was not like pizza 73 atall. After trying the pizza the first time me and my wife loved it so much we returned again and will be returning more. Peopleare saying it's just like pizza 73 but I assure you it's not. It's still owned by the same people but the product is not thesame. Give it a try and always get extra cheese on your pizza... Read more
So I tried the Ontario brand and was amazed at the quality at offer. Feels already like the best pizza in town. This isn't pizza pizza I'm from Toronto I know what the original taste like...this one in fortmcmurray taste just like pizza 73...
